DESCRIPTION
Kalaakaar is a 1983 romantic musical film directed by P. Sambasiva Rao and produced by P. Anand Rao. The film stars Sridevi and Kunal Goswami. It is a remake of the 1982 Tamil Film Payanangal Mudivathillai.
Radha helps musician Ravi get his first break and soon he's on his way to stardom. But problems crop up between the couple when he refuses to acknowledge her contribution to his success.
The music of the film was composed by the duo Kalyanji-Anandji.and the lyrics penned by Indeevar. The track "Neele Neele Ambar Par'' is based on "Ilaya Nila" from the Tamil-language film Payanangal Mudivathillai (1982), which was composed by Maestro Ilayaraja. Neele Neele Ambar Par was sung by Kishore Kumar.
